Delete your account
Olevel · last updated 12 October 2026
You can delete your Olevel account and the data attached to it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
How to delete it
In the Olevel app:
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm
If you cannot get into the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your Olevel account does not stop Google Play or App Store billing. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your store account or you will keep being charged for an app you can no longer sign into.
What happens next
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. During those 30 days you can sign in and cancel the request, in case you tapped it by mistake or still need to sort out a subscription. After that it goes automatically and cannot be recovered.
Your practice history is cleared from your phone immediately, not after 30 days, because the phone may be sold or passed on before then. That part cannot be undone even if you cancel the request.
What is deleted
- Your account and the email address attached to it
- Your account identifier
- Your subscription status and billing history held by us
- Your sign-in session record
- Your practice history, scores and settings stored on your phone
What is not deleted
- Your purchase record held by Google or Apple. They are the merchant, not us, and they keep transaction records under their own policies and tax rules. Contact them directly about that.
- Crash reports. These are not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you. They expire on Google Crashlytics' own schedule, currently 90 days.
